KE10 takes over Carlsberg

This year KE10 is being held in the Ny Tap area of the old Carlsberg plant, at the foot of Valby hill. With an exhibition space in the old industrial building that measures several thousand square meters, KE10 is setting the stage for an unforgettable autumn exhibition in the heart of Copenhagen.

The Artists’ Autumn Exhibition is one of Denmark’s oldest exhibition platforms, and this year we are celebrating our 110th anniversary. KE debutants include, among others, Asger Jorn, Richard Mortensen and Bjørn Nørgaard. We consider this legacy binding, and with that in mind, KE10 is introducing a number of new initiatives to guarantee we continue to function as a motivational factor for our artists. This is also the best way to assure that KE reflects new trends in Danish art.

This year’s jury is made up of seven members: six artists and one art critic: John Koerner – Lilibeth Cuenca Rasmussen – FOS (Thomas Poulsen – Ivan Andersen – Anders Bonnesen – Tove Kurtzweil – Trine Ross.
